Business Planning & Strategy 60-min Coaching Session:

In this session will create the framework for your website, offerings and shine light on new business ideas. We will discuss new ideas you have for your business, and I will give you my insight and ideas on the best ways to execute them and feature them on your website. We will plan out what it will take to get your new ideas off the ground and identify next steps to take to get them into action.

Branding & Design 60-min Session –

Together we will create the feel, look and essence of your website, laying the foundation for the creative design process. We will pick brand colors, fonts and images together and you will see your new website vision start to come to life.

Copy Writing Consultation –

Copywritting sometimes is the hardest part for my clients. I will provide creative suggestions on the best copy for each section of the website. Then you will provide me with the copy for the website pages. I will then take your copy and organize and prepare for the website design process.

Website Design and Development -

Design and development of website, using Squarespace platform. Includes graphic banner design and Image placement, coding color pallets, font layout, navigation and full site layout, coding contact and appointment fields. Client to provide as many photos as possible.

Pages & Navigation -

Up to 8 pages (Examples: home page, services, about, testimonials, contact etc) - We will define this in our strategy coaching session.

Responsive Design -

Designed for mobile, tablet & desktop

Basic SEO -

Search engine optimization set up within the design. Integrating key words into the copy, naming images with keywords, setting up alt text and adding SEO copy for each page.

URL setup -

Point the A record and CNAME www to new SquareSpace site. Also setup the domain on SquareSpace and ensure SSL setup. This does not include domain transfers from another website hosting platform. If needed, this would be an additional cost.

1-hour live Squarespace platform training session –

Empowering you with all the tools to update all sections of your website on your own. This training will happen after the site is complete via Zoom and will be recorded.  

Support -

2 weeks post-launch support via email

Project Timeline: 4 weeks from when all creative elements and copy are provided.

Cost: $3,995

$500 deposit due to hold your space in my calendar at signing of scope of work.

$1,500 due before our branding & design 60-min session

$1,500 due when first comp of website is sent.

$495 due 3 weeks after first comp of website is sent

NOTE: You are responsible to pay your Squarespace business hosting plan – 1 year paid upfront $173.00 first year (with my 20% discount code) and each additional year is $216.00 that is automatically deducted from the credit card you set up your account with.

Additional Add-ons Available

-> SEO Fundamentals - Validate domain ownership via DNS and submit sitemaps to both Google and Bing. Also setup a Google Analytics account and Google Search console account using the a Google email. Setup 301 redirects as needed from the old website to correspond to SquareSpace.

Cost: $249 flat rate

-> Google Workspace email set up - New Google Workspace email through SquareSpace set up and configuration the email account, configure DNS settings and test email..

Cost: $179 one-time set up fee
SquareSpace charges $72 per year per email account

-> Logo Design: Design a sleek and clean logo for name with a font and color pallet that matches your website branding. Together we will look at different fonts that fit your essence. I will deliver multiple logo comps for us to fine-tune together until we land the perfect logo. This logo package does not include customer image or icon design, we will choose one from Canva if you design an icon along with your name

Cost $250.00

-> Free Gift and Email series set up: We will start with a 60min call to discuss your free gift, what is needed for you to create to execute it. Then I will set up your coaching MailChimp email service account, create a list to funnel your free gift sign ups into, link your free gift on your homepage of your website. I will create a 3-part email series that will automatically send out once someone signs up. *Client is responsible for all copy and or video elements for the free gift, I will guide you on what copy is needed on our call.

Cost: $450.00

-> Online marketing & business coaching sessions: We can use our coaching sessions to learn tools such as social media design and scheduling systems, how to use MailChimp and create a powerful free gift and newsletter to share with your email list, how to create reels and tiktok videos, how to take social media photographs that fit your brand, how to create an online program and launch it and more…anything business related. Each coaching session is recorded and notes from the session are sent right after.
